Internal auditor or employee

26 July 2014 I am working in a co.as a CA.The co.wants to appoint me as internal auditor of the company as per new companies act 2013.What are the consequences of the same on my career and i would receive salary or audit fee?

29 July 2014 My personal suggestion without going for any rules is that you must accept the post of internal auditor but as an employee of the ocmpany so that u wil get paid salary according to their norms....

this will benefit u much as your scope of work will not b limited to as internal auditor only....

29 July 2014 but they are saying that we will pay audit fee instead of salary and moreover every month i would have to give an internal audit report and there are various controversies in this company. Income tax raid,sales tax raid all have been carried out so i just not want to be held responsible in eyes of department for all these acts.

29 July 2014 if it so.. better dont accept it... i too had nt accept the same offer from a company giving me a good post with salary as head of the department... even am only employee though i dont want any black dot on me so hadnt join it dear... forget it na leave

30 July 2014 ya i have given some government exams like SAIl,COAL, SBI but unable to clear....now i am preparing for the Dedicated freight corridor and IBPS management trainee
