In what all ways internal audit process is going to be different in ERP environment compared to internal audit process in non ERP based environment ?
Please explain in Detail.

The fundamental approach will not undergo any change. In the case of ERP environment knowledge about the checks in built into the soft ware has to be studied in depth understood.
