11 September 2012 firstly wheather it is compulsory to appoint A Chartered Accountant as Internal Auditor or some persons from the Company itself can do Internal Audit.
secoundly if total share holding is of foreign company but during the year there are no foreign transactions then is transfer pricing audit still applicable.
