12 August 2013 I want to know how to prepare internal audit report what are main components of report and please provide me a latest internal Audit report format...

16 August 2013 It depends on scope of internal audit report

Frame a internal audit report which will report on observations

and it will be as in below format

1)rating on internal controls in the audit area

2)observations in audit

3)impact of observation

4)recommendation of auditors

After completing report it can be provided to reporting department and we have to request them to provide compliance to our report asap
