16 October 2015 Hi Mohit,

Please provide me AS Reference which provides us the Accounting Entry and when to booked that expense in Books.
Like Final Dividend when we proposed we booked it which was mentioned in AS 4 and Revised Schedule VI. Same like that kindly advise on Interim Dividend.

16 October 2015 Revised schedule VI has been replaced by schedule III to companies act 2013 and refer AS 4 for same.

Is not written in As 4.
Can you please tell me which para of AS 4 says about it.

Do we need to book interim dividend on the date of declaration Or on payment.
