23 February 2016 If all the directors of a Pvt Co are interested in the proposed resolution, How can the quorum of the Board Meeting be constituted?

23 February 2016 AS per Notification dated 05th June 2015, director can participate for passing board resolution even if they are interested. Please refer the notification. Pvt Co has been given exemption.
