Interest u/s.234c calculating in itr4

In javascript Itr 4 Form, I am having TDS amount, after if we having TDS there is no interest applicable, but in ITR 4 234C column taking interest amount , why

The tds amount is 89213/- out of I had paid Rs.59,909/- and Remaining Refund Rs.29704/-,why itr4 javascript taking 234C 2200/- please kind help me
