Interest on unsecured loan

Director of a Pvt. Ltd. has given unsecured loan to the Company out of own fund , but Company is giving him interest at par with Bank Rate , whether it is Related Party Transaction ?

Loan from Director does not fall under the purview of Section 188 of Companies Act, 2013
