pl sir tell me wat is last date of deposit of tds march 2015 and wat rate of interest on late deposit of tds of govt. co.

Last date usually is the 7th day of the succeeding month.
However, for the month of March, it is 30th April. So you have to pay it within 30th April 2015 in order to avoid interest on late payment of TDS.
The interest for late payment would be 1.5% per month for a part of a month also. (Sec 201 (1) )
