wether we have to interest on income tax in books of accounts for compqnies

Provision of Income Tax include interest on income Tax

provision to be created on 31st march but payment of tax in September. here my query is whether interest upto September also to be included in provision for tax or not?

The provision is to be created because these are the event that are occurring after balance sheet date.
Than why audit fees is provided in books it is also carried after 31st mar
