Sir,
I have a housing loan. But I am staying in rented house there. The distance between both the houses is more that 30km.
So my query is Should I declare HRA and along with Interest on Housing Loan and repayment as Investment proof for getting Tax benefits. Please clarify me on this.

Yes you are entitled to claim both i.e. exemption for house rent allowance and interest on house building loan.
