i have taken HRA benifit can i also take interest paid on housing loan (No Rental Income from House)wheather I live there or not, pls tell me in details

13 July 2012 If you are staying in other city than where your house is situated, for the purpose of your duty, then only you can claim HBL interest as well as HRA benefit. For this you have to submit the proof of actual payment of rent.
