Interest on housing loan

14 July 2014 Suppose an individual has taken loan for his residential self occupied property. The loan is fully repaid in the year 2013-14. Again he has taken other loan for second house for his self occupied purpose. Can Interest on housing for second loan be claimed in his return of income. Please advise.
