INTEREST ON CAPITAL TO BE CONSIDER IN CALCULATING PRESUMTIVE RATE OF 8 % FOR AY 2010-2011 AS THERE HAS BEEN CHANGE IN REMUNERATION TO PARTNERS ALLOWABLE FROM FIRST 75,000 TO 3,00,000
