Whether interseted is to be calculated on short term capital gain.If yes,then what's the rate of the same?

1. Yes the interest is calculated on Short Term Capital Gain.
2. The rates are exactly as per provided under Section 234B, 234C .
3. Only difference is interst calculate from the quater in whic such gain arise.
