Interest accrued on FD in a year
whether this has to add to Principle amount of FD or it should keep only on interest accrued.
kindly let me know in detailed about this

You need to keep separate account called Interest accured on FD. need no added to principle amount

Interest accrued to be accounted separately.

Interest accrued can be added to the FD amount or can be accounted separately under Interest accrued account.
