What Sections of Companies Act are affected when a Pvt. Ltd. Co. C buys shares of another Pvt. Ltd. Co. Y as Investment.

You have to just pass Board Resolution u/s 292(1)(d)for authorising the Directors to make investment in name of Company stating the limit upto which Board can Invest.
