14 October 2012 I am a Delhi based business man and recently i have purchased some goods from Gurgaon on Tax Invoice Bill only. Can i show that Bill in my VAT Return???

I haven't purchased goods against Form-C.

Please guide me.

14 October 2012 you can get vat credit on purchase made within your state only.

purchase made out of state does not qualify for input credit.

14 October 2012 then how would i show that bill if i make sale of those products which i had purchased against that Tax Invoice??

14 October 2012 it is your purchase, and you have to show the same in your purchase and issue sale invoice, pay the vat in cash, without availing input credit.
