Sir,
I passed B.Com in 1987 and done CA Training under CA from 1987-1990. But could not cleared any period during that period. Now i want to give again papers for inter-ca. Please suggest me that what i have to do.

You have to make an new Application for Registration of IPCC.

I do not understood, what you said. Please tell me if i applied for new registration under IPCC. Then i have to again undergo for training three year under CA. Please Clarify it.
