In respect of Insurance Premium paid ( Medi Claim & Life Insurance , Employer not allowing the Srvice Tax portion of Insuarance premium. Whether it is correct as per Income Tax Rules ?.Kindly clarify and also advice with relevant clause of Income Tax Laws

No, service tax paid on medical insurance is not allowed for deduction u/s 80D.
