We are manufacturer and registered with excise.I want to know can we avail credit on folloiwng services?
(1) Bills of CHA on for service of exports consignment.
(2) labour supplier bills.
(3) Bills for Miscellenous Labour work

FOR FIRST CATEGORY U CAN CLAIM INPUT SERVICE CREDIT ONLY ON QUARTER BASIS.
FOR 2&3 CATEGORIES U CAN TAKE CENVAT CREDIT ANY TIME.
