WE ARE CLEARING INPUTS AS SUCH AFTER REVERSING THE DUTY TAKEN BY US TO OUR ANOTHER UNIT. DURING THE COURSE OF AUDIT THE OFFICIALS DEMANDING VALUATION AND DUTY ON 110% BASIS THEY SAY THAT WE CANNOT CLEARED INPUTS AS SUCH TO OUR OTHER UNIT AS IT IS RELATED WE HAVE TO PAY DUTY ON 110% VALUE. PLEASE ADVISE & CLARIFY REGARDS,
