17 March 2018 I am holder of immovable property & entered into contact with ABC LTD for construction of flat scheme . can ABC ltd claim ITC under GST.

18 March 2018 If ABC Ltd. is registered under GST, GST paid on input such as cement, steel etc shall be eligible for ITC against duty payable on under construction property. There is no GST on sale of ready to move flat.
