My client is in Actors Profession . My query is can he get input tax credit On Cosmetic , Hotel Bills , Travelling . Because he taking all above for not personal use .

23 March 2018 Yes, your client must have taken the registration if he is paying gst. You client is supposed to provide his GST no to all the suppliers and all supplies shall be considered as B2B
