Can any one tell me that is there any restriction on avalaing input credit on Additional CVD.
Can a service provider and a manifacturer can avaial this benefit.
Its urgent for me. Kindly clarify

additional duty can avail by manufacturer

only maufacturer can avail credit for addiional cvd
but it is not available for any service tax
but it is not available for any service tax
