Input in case of branch transfer

16 June 2017 we have manufacturing unit in punjab & one branch in delhi
we transfer goods from punjab to delhi against ( f ) from and charge excise @2 % on transfer

my q. is can we claim Excise charged on Stock lying at our delhi branch on 01.07.17.

16 June 2017 Your branch should be eligible to take ITC of Excise paid on manufacturing unit, condition apply that your branch must be having Excise Paid Document as issued by Punjab Branch and Delhi branch is not registered under Excise Law

yes sir our delhi branch is registered under dvat but not registered under excise

so if we send excise return acknowledgment to our branch then can he avail full credit or there is any condition ?

16 June 2017 Excise return acknowledgement will not suffice, you must be having excise invoice of the documents in your records. Also must file FORM GST TRANS -1. Further, request to refer to final Transition rules and format. You require to disclose invoice wise details of stock held as on appointed date. Please follow the below link
