05 September 2012 I think the item will fall under definition of capital goods. Kindly check the excise invoice of supplier and let me know the tariff code of item supplied to answer your query in the same forum.

06 September 2012 it does not confirms the criteria of capital goods, hence inapplicable, however you can seek guidelines from your R/O and if you get a written support from your R/O for availment of credit, ( coz he is much familier with your factory and goods used for manufacture) then you can go for it, keeping their letter in your record.
