Whether paint used in the factory walls will be treated as an input? whether it can be said to be used in or in relation to the manufacturing of FP????

AS PER RULE 2(K) GOOD USED AS A PAINT USED IN OR IN RELATION TO MANUFACTURE OF FINAL PRODUCT OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE IS A INPUT FOR THE MANUFACTURER.
