Dear Sir,
The input is eligible for manufacturing unit as under :
a. Cost of Furniture & Fixture ( Including AC )
b. Repairing of office Building used for business situated in plant
c. Painting of office / guest house/ employee resident building

Sir,
1.Assuming that furniture and fixtures are not resulting in an immovable property, the input tax credit is allowable in respect of the same.
2. Input tax credit is not allowable of works contract service in relation to repair of immovable property, hence input tax credit is not allowable on repair of building.
3.Input tax credit is also not allowable of works contract service in relation to renovation of immovable property, hence input tax credit is not allowable on Painting of office / guest house/ employee resident building.
