I want to purchase of bike, so can I get input credit on such bike.

no ITC on bike is not allowed to you..

But we use this bike for delivery of goods like collect of parcel.distribute of parcels etc, for one place to another and this is our core business.

in 17(5) exception word used is transportation of goods i.e. GTA and in your case it is disputed point...need to be clarified by the department... but on the basis of logic behind allowability of such credit to GTA you can apply same logic...
