we have a manufecturing co
I have purchase 2 Pics as a sample 5000/-
igst input 900/-
then i have to pay only 900/- to Party & bal. amount treat as rebate & Dis.
Can we take input

In this case creation of invoice will play an important role before giving opinion for same.. Also clarify how you will treat discount in your books ?? whether by way of credit/debit note or amount written off..
