10 February 2018 IN MY FACTORY I HAVE MADE CONCRETE FOUNDATION FOR MACHINERY INSTALLATION. WILL I GET INPUT CREDIT ON FOUNDATION BILL.

10 February 2018 if construction of concrete foundation was the pre-requirement of installation of machinery, then the credit shall be admissible because that concrete structure shall become part of machinery.

But if the construction is being done generally and is not a pre-requisite for installation of machinery and machinery can function even without the installation of concrete structure then the credit shall not be admissible.
