18 January 2013 If a company does some construction & interior activities and vendor charged Service tax @4.21 something uner works contract then can co. take input credit pls give some section reference

18 January 2013 Dear Sir,

The service provider providing services under work contract cant take input credit. You can refer to Service tax (Valuation of service rules 2012) for the same.
