26 April 2010 My attempt is due in May 2011, I have come across a news that within 4 months the Companies Bill 2009 will get passed.

I have two question in regard to this

1. Are there major changes in the new companies bill?

2. Is it viable decision to start companies law preparation at this moment since I have enrolled myself for the tuitions for the same subject?

27 April 2010 There are drastic changes in new Comany bill and existing Law, though it is based on exisitng Law only

But please ensure before starting studies that New Bill will pass as of today there is no assurance of passing of new bill and if so when??

So hold till you are ensured regarding the syllabus
