hello, my name is vivek and i am starting a housekeeping service business with my dad who has been working as an housekeeping manager for past 15 years.
so i required the information of what are the legal documents required to start the business, what would be the cost for it if no of employees are more than 50 initially.
do we require contractor licence and what will be the service tax applicability and where and how we have to register it.

first decide on the form of business you would like to take - partnership or pvt. ltd. company. Accordingly, the documents will be needed and registrations done.
The cost of incorporation is not related with number of employees. If the no. of employees if more than 50, then you will need to register with ESIC, EPFO, Shop & Establishment Authority of your state.
