how to compute inflation for every week, what is the year inflation. any effect in cost index inflation. fin year 2008-2009 cost index inflation

The movement in Wholesale Price Index with reference to the base year (1993-94 at present)is indicative of inflation Index from that level. For inflation between any two periods the indicies relevant to those periods can be compared to arrive at the rate of inflation.
