Please let me know if I purchased property in feb 11 and sold in April 2011 is it inflation cost consideror not for STCG

Since 36 months period has not lapsed, you cannot take benefit of indexation even if purchase and sale have taken place in 2 different yrs.

Not it will not be considered as indexation is available only in case of LTCG.
