Industry or Big 4

22 January 2010 I would like to ask i should work in a firm and after completion of my CA, try in a Big 4 or
i go for Industrial Training and then try in Industry
Can anyone please tell me pros and cons of both?
Where growth rate is more?

22 January 2010 If you want mnc firm eposure then you can opt for big4, other wise you can just enter into industry field its best option...One who wants to be in audit firm or want to make mnc firm exposure for them its best option..All the best

22 January 2010 If you don't find place with big 4, join industrial training.

Care should be taken to join industrial training that the Industrial/Service Sector Company is a Big One.

See the growth pattern and expansion plans of the company.

So many other factors are to be seen while joining industrial training otherwise you will face the same situation as other students are facing with small firms' articleship.
