Industrial Training-Urgent help Required

01 January 2010 I am Final Old Course Student. My articleship period left is 7 months i.e started from 07/08/2007 & ending on 06/08/2010. I would like to go for an Industrial Training(as per regulations minimum requirement is 9 months). Can I Join Industrial Taining Now by doing training 2 months extra? Please help?

01 January 2010 Yes you can Richa...You can do your Industrial Training..just get youur secondemnt of training to indutrial training and start the work...and if there is any other doubt you can write me any time..

02 January 2010 secondement is nothing but termination of article from first principal and joining as article in second organisation...and nothing much has to be done...just download the form from the website..get it signed from the principal...submit that to institute and the organisation you are joining to...the process will be same as new registration in the new organisation...

04 January 2010 Actually my boss is not ready for secondment. He's ready for transfer under mutual consent. Is there a way out 4 ds in the last year of my articleship. Please help..
