06 April 2011 hello,
I have recently completed my ICWA final in dec10. I want to join an organisation as an employee and not as trainee. Can i do so? What is the procedure. If I change my employment during the 3 years, will the part worked period be considered for training or will I have to complete full 3 yrs under I single employer? Please helo me out

06 April 2011 You can show same work exp as employee in organization, not be any trainee for that..
