I wanted to clear that my final year of articleship will be starting from Feb 2011 but suppose if i joined industrial training now for 1 year and after that can i serve my balance period of whatever of 2 months under another CA is it Ok

you wont be eligible for industrial training before Feb 2011. So it is NOT OK.

one u took up industrial training then you can not change it.
No transfer allowed in last yr of articleship, except in special circumstances such as parents transfer and Medical reason..
