Dear Sir,
Can you explain what kind of work/assignment will be taken in industrial training? whather it is similar to articleship taken in CA firm?

In articleship with a CA Firm; you do auditing, taxation and preparation and filing of different forms, project financing etc.
You might not be in a position to see the real world if your Boss is allowing you only a limited area of above.
In Industrial Training; you will see how transactions of crores of rupees happen. How management faces different problems every day.
Even in Industrial Training also; if your boss does not favor you; you will be helpless. Because; here your boss is also employed. Whatever seat will be allotted to you by the company; you have to work at that point.
These are practical avenues of training. You should observe all the situations and learn from them.
