11 July 2014 Dear Sir I want to start my industrial training which will be commenced from 25 oct, 2014.

I have informed principal regarding this today (as per ICAI norms,article must have to inform CA at least 3 months before from the date of starting industrial training), but he has not agreed with that and said me to take immediate transfer if i will go for Industrial Training.

But In 2nd year transfer is not possible.

Then, what should i do?

11 July 2014 then u cannot get into industrial training as ur current ca needs to approve u.

11 July 2014 But as per ICAI I need to inform CA regarding my intentions to do industrial training before 3 months on which date i start industrial training
and i complied this rule.

So why i cannot opt for industrial training irrespective of dispute with CA

is there any solution provide by ICAI to resolve the dispute between article and CA

11 July 2014 in such case still u need to also fill up form 109 for transfer to industrial training as ur terminating ur articleship n he needs to sign on form 109.
