06 June 2014 I am working articleship from M. K. Lodha & Co. I wish to take Industrial Training from the month 7th July 2014, I convinced him so many times but Principal is not ready to give transfer for same.

I want to know that, as per ICAI norms, without permission of employer I could not take Industrial Training?

Further, What are the steps can be take for for getting transfer for Industrial Training, if Employer not give.
Can ICAI will help to getting trnsfer?

So, therefore I requested, you to give me some suggestion for above matter.

06 June 2014 well as per industrial training regulations, you are just required to intimate the Principal. However, termination regulations require that you take principal's signature too!!

so practically nothing can be done unless principal sign the Form 109

07 June 2014 without taking signature of principle it is not possible to terminate articleship and start industrial training.
