09 December 2013 then forget about industrial training as its mandatory you need to take permission in writing from your current principal.

09 December 2013 there is no way out as icai have been very strict in such cases and in case of any disputes also icai have given powers to ca to decide on their and icai will not interfere in it.

you should please your boss..so just convince him saying better reasons like(you need to earn money,or not interested in audits,or what ever reasons which can convince your boss
