Induction cum retirement deed

23 March 2016 We are real brothers, both of us are partners in a two firms after our fathers death. Now my brother wants to retire and I want to include my wife into the firm. My CA is doing Induction cum retirement deed. Is that right? Is there any thing like zero hour whereby the firm converts into proprietor if induction and retirement done simultaneously in one document. we are doing the separation of both the firms and other properties under "FAMILY ARRANGEMENT"

23 March 2016 You can do appointment and retirement in the same deed. That shouldnt be a problem to you. Family arrangement also will not have any impact.
