Hi..
My uncle wants to file for return of income this year. He had file his income tax return some 10years before later on he didn't do.. and his income is below slab limit. For interest from FD he s submitting Form-H to bank every year..
now should I file earlier two years return also or can file only current year..if I can then do I need to register his PAN once again..

There is no mandatory requirement of filling of return if taxable income is below taxable limit... You can file return of ay 15-16 and 16-17 ..... No need to registered pan again if registered already in e filling site.
