Individual below rs 500000 income

19 September 2012 my income is less than Rs 500000/-.my savings account bank interest is Rs 2000/- i have reported my PAN and income from saving bank interest to my employer. I have earned salary only from one employer during the last yr. My employer has deducted tds from my full income(salary + other sources) and issued Form 16 thereof.No refund claim.
But my savings account nowadays have a special facility wherein some amount get transferred automatically to a deposit account for which higher rate of interest is given.
Am I required to file income tax return or I am exempted to file return as per notification No 9/2012 (F. No.225/283/2011-ITA(II), dt 17/2/2012?
