22 May 2008 Kindly let me know whether the Amendments made to indirect taxes in the Finance Act 2008 is applicable to November 2008 CA Final Examination.

Further for Nov'08 Exam amendments upto which date will be applicable

23 May 2008 For your Nov 08 exams ammendments before 6 months are applicable hence this year's budget will be taken into consideration but take advice from your class's sir. Bye
