Indexation on house constructed on plot

How indexation benefit is calculated on house that is built after buying plot. Suppose plot was bought for 1250000 in 2002 and 3500000 were spent on construction in next three years and it is being sold at 7000000 in 2018

calculate separate indexation on land & building as per their cost of acquisition and year.
